Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada’s Climate Help Desk is a dedicated service where you can ask questions and get direct support and guidance on your infrastructure and climate-related needs. Maybe you want further assistance to:

  • Explore different ways to identify climate hazards affecting your community or project.
  • Discover tools and resources that can help you evaluate or reduce greenhouse gas emissions in your community or project.
  • Get help interpreting results displayed on the Climate Insight Map or recommendations from the Solutions Finder.

Get Expert Support

The Climate Ready Infrastructure Service provides free expertise from across Canada to support communities in building infrastructure projects that are resilient and climate ready. How it works:

  • Local governments, First Nations, and Indigenous communities with eligible infrastructure projects register for free expert support.
  • Infrastructure projects are matched with a qualified professional from the Roster of Climate and Infrastructure Experts.
  • The expert will work together with the local team to implement climate mitigation and adaptation measures for the project.
